The final robot will weigh roughly 1.5 lbs with all components assembled. The overall buoyancy of the robot will be tested after assembly, and weights can be applied to the robot to render it neutrally buoyant. The cost to assemble the robot will comprise of the cost for the LDPE plastic to make the tail, the HDPE to make the head, the epoxy, the piezoelectric actuators, and the electrical components to make a timing circuit with a transistor to drive the actuators.
